Análise dos termos de compromisso firmados pelos fabricantes, importadores, distribuidores e comerciantes de embalagens plásticas usadas de óleos lubrificantes

Abstract

his article deals with the contracts signed for the implementation of reverse logistics of plastic packaging of post-consumer lubricating oils at the state level. The objective of this research is to compare all of these contracts signed by Brazil states since the publication of the Solid Waste National Police until December 2015, it analyzes possible similarities and differences among them. For a methodological approach, bibliographic and documentary researches were used. The documents analyzed here are the current environmental legislation, in particular Law No. 12,305; and contracts on reverse logistics of post-consumer lubricating oil plastic containers (Terms of Commitment). The results of this study indicate that the lack of standardization in the respective contracts can lead to different understandings about reverse logistics. In addition, the existence of different levels of maturation and stages of implementation of reverse logistics in the country evidences lack of information on such contracts in the National Information System for Solid Waste (SINIR).
