Resumo
As doenças crônicas têm acometido frequentemente grande parte da população em todo o mundo. A hipertensão arterial sistêmica está entre essas doenças, associando-se a outras patologias cardiovasculares, renais e cerebrovasculares. É encontrada diariamente nos serviços da atenção primária e faz parte das linhas de cuidado das estratégias de saúde da família no país. Acredita-se que pessoas hipertensas devem ser abordadas e acompanhadas por uma equipe multidisciplinar para melhor adesão ao tratamento e obtenção de resultados favoráveis na qualidade de vida dos usuários portadores dessa doença. O projeto tem como objetivo a elaboração de um plano de ação com vistas a favorecer a adesão de pacientes crônicos aos tratamentos propostos na ESF 01, Unidade Básica de Saúde Policlínica Dr Amaury Ferreira da Silva, município de Estrela do Sul/ MG.Para a realização do plano foram realizadas pesquisas na Scientific Eletronic Library OnLine (SciELo) e na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, utilizando os seguintes descritores: cooperação e adesão ao tratamento, estratégia saúde da família, sistema único de saúde e para a elaboração da proposta de intervenção utilizou-se o planejamento estratégico situacional. Por meio desse plano de intervenção espera-se utilizar a abordagem multidisciplinar como ferramenta para uma melhor adesão ao tratamento da hipertensão arterial.
Chronic diseases have frequently affected a large part of the population worldwide. Arterial hypertension is among these diseases, associated with other cardiovascular, renal and cerebrovascular diseases. It is found daily in primary care services and is part of the lines of care of family health strategies in the country. It is believed that hypertensive people should be approached and monitored by a multidisciplinary team for better adherence to treatment and obtaining favorable results in the quality of life of users with this pathology. The project aims to develop an action plan with a view to favor the adherence of chronic patients to the treatments proposed in ESF 01, Dr Amaury Ferreira da Silva Basic Polyclinic Health Unit, municipality of Estrela do Sul / MG. For the realization of the plan, research was carried out in the Scientific Eletronic Library On Line (SciELo) and in the Virtual Health Library, using the following descriptors: cooperation and treatment adherence, family health strategy, single health system and for the elaboration of the proposal of intervention, situational strategic planning was used. Through this intervention plan, it is expected to use the multidisciplinary approach as a tool for better adherence to the treatment of arterial hypertension.
