Abordagem multidisciplinar como ferramenta para uma melhor adesão ao tratamento da hipertensão arterial nas unidades básicas de saúde: projeto de intervenção

Abstract

Chronic diseases have frequently affected a large part of the population worldwide. Arterial hypertension is among these diseases, associated with other cardiovascular, renal and cerebrovascular diseases. It is found daily in primary care services and is part of the lines of care of family health strategies in the country. It is believed that hypertensive people should be approached and monitored by a multidisciplinary team for better adherence to treatment and obtaining favorable results in the quality of life of users with this pathology. The project aims to develop an action plan with a view to favor the adherence of chronic patients to the treatments proposed in ESF 01, Dr Amaury Ferreira da Silva Basic Polyclinic Health Unit, municipality of Estrela do Sul / MG. For the realization of the plan, research was carried out in the Scientific Eletronic Library On Line (SciELo) and in the Virtual Health Library, using the following descriptors: cooperation and treatment adherence, family health strategy, single health system and for the elaboration of the proposal of intervention, situational strategic planning was used. Through this intervention plan, it is expected to use the multidisciplinary approach as a tool for better adherence to the treatment of arterial hypertension.
