Estado, indivíduo e redes sociais: novos paradigmas democráticos

Abstract

We seek to understand the intricacies of the state-society relationship by analyzing the details of individuality and its shortcomings, looking for support in the fields of Political Philosophy, Philosophy and Theory of Law, Theory of the State, Theory of Justice, and the History of the Rule of Law. Such relationships may be directly or indirectly linked to the functioning of the Rule of Law, through the avenue of citizenship (political participation); through the tortuous paths of the judiciary (where sometimes there is the illusion that Justice can be found); or through the lack of relationship, of those who often find themselves on the margins of any semblance of citizenship or self-recognition. Thus, with the aim of establishing consolidated theoretical and philosophical conditions for the thesis, we will use Hegelian philosophy as our framework, both in relation to the State and concerning the issues of civil society and the individual and their subjectivity.
