Indivíduos acometidos com infarto agudo do miocárdio correlação entre diabéticos e não diabéticos

Abstract

Given the scope of the epidemiological acute myocardial infarction (AMI), its associations and 48% rates of morbidity and mortality among Brazilians in 2012. The objective is analyze the scientific production comes from the AMI in individuals with diabetes mellitus (DM) comparing the signs and symptoms of AMI in patients with diabetes and those Without the disease. We used an integrative review of studies in Brazil, published in journals indexed in databases: LILACS, MEDLINE, Cochrane Library, IBECS and SCIELO 2003-2012, in languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese and found through the terms: myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus and pathophysiology. It was evident in 2289 polls, after applying the criteria for inclusion and exclusion of these 0.21% were selected, among which 60% are cross-sectional, with the sample between 80 and 893 individuals. The results demonstrate a direct relation between AMI and DM, as between these individuals is increasing hypertension, ventricular hypertrophy, necrosis tissue and therefore the risk of AMI with minor signs of its occurrence, decreased inflammatory response to ischemia infarction and survival following treatment with angioplasty with stent placement. It is considered, therefore, that when comparing the signs and symptoms of AMI between subjects with and without DM, pain inhibited by autonomic neuropathy and the different levels of metabolic markers of AMI, as transpired biggest differences between the groups. Therefore must be considered at the light scientific in individuals cases with suspected AMI and DM diagnosis.
