Abstract:	O presente trabalho busca apontar as implicações e repercussões da aplicação da Teoria do Inadimplemento Eficiente no plano da eficácia dos negócios jurídicos no direito brasileiro. Para tanto, a partir de pesquisa bibliográfica na literatura nacional e internacional, traça panorama do plano da eficácia dos negócios jurídicos e da teoria do inadimplemento eficiente, bem como realiza análise de decisões judiciais que colaboram para a compreensão dos apontamentos.
Abstract:	This paper analyses the implications of the application of the Efficient Breach Theory in the field of effectiveness on the Brazilian Theory of Juristic/Legal Acts and Contracts. To do so, based on the bibliographic research in the national and international literature, outlines both theories, and conduct as well as an analysis of some Brazilian Court decisions which may be able collaborate for an understanding of the pointed-out scenario.
