| Abstract: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar as especificidades da Educação de Jovens e Adultos para propor uma prática pedagógica que esteja mais coerente com esse público, voltada para ampliar suas capacidades e tornar o aprendizado significativo, compreendendo que o professor que atua nesta modalidade precisa conhecer suas especificidades para atuar de forma efetiva e para não reduzir o aprendizado desses alunos a uma simples alfabetização, mas sim valorizar os saberes que eles trazem consigo. Assim, buscou-se, através da compreensão dos conceitos de literatura e humanização, trabalhar com o gênero memórias, porque, através dele, o aluno descobre sua identidade e a de sua comunidade, fazendo história e se sentindo parte dela. Também propõe o desenvolvimento de uma atividade com a obra “Quarto de despejo, de Carolina Maria de Jesus por representar muito bem os processos de exclusão de sujeitos na sociedade. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to identify the specifics of Youth and Adult Education to propose a pedagogical practice that is more coherent with this audience, aimed at expanding their capacities and creating a significant education experience, understanding that the teacher who operates in this modality needs to know it’s specifics in order to act effectively and not to reduce the learning of these students to simple literacy, but to value the knowledge they bring whit them. Thus, we sought, through the understanding of the concepts of literature and humanization, to work with the genre of memories, because, through it, the student discovers their identity and that of their community, making history and feeling like they are part of it. It also proposes the development of an activity with the work “Quarto de despejo” by Carolina Maria Jesus as it represents very well the processes of exclution of subjects in society. |
