| Abstract: | O artigo tem como objetivo investigar as relações entre fatores a partir da percepção dos cidadãos entrevistados em uma unidade de atendimento para aprimorar o seu relacionamento com o governo e o construto ouvidoria. Um survey foi realizado com 354 cidadãos que utilizaram uma unidade de atendimento do governo. E uma análise fatorial exploratória (AFE) foi realizada e foram identificados seis fatores. Posteriormente, foi criado e testado um modelo exploratório, por meio da técnica de modelagem de equações estruturais utilizando o partial least squares. Oito das nove hipóteses testadas e o construto ouvidoria foram consideradas suportadas estatisticamente. |
| Abstract: | The paper aims to investigate the relationship between factors from the perception of the citizens interviewed in an integrated service unit to improve their relationship with the government and the construct ombudsman. A survey was conducted with 354 citizens who used a service unit of the government. An exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was performed and six factors were identified. Subsequently was created and tested an exploratory model, through the technique of structural equation modeling using the partial least squares. Eight of the nine tested hypotheses and the construct ombudsman were considered statistically supported. |
