| Abstract: | Em um momento conturbado em que vivemos – 2016 – frente à descontinuidade de ações educacionais bem-sucedidas, é oportuno refletirmos, em especial, sobre um programa de formação continuada de professores alfabetizadores: Pacto Nacional pela Alfabetização na Idade Certa (PNAIC). Este artigo aborda resultados de uma pesquisa realizada em 2014/15, no município de Castelo/ES, com professoras participantes do PNAIC, desde o ano de 2013, com o objetivo de analisar como as professoras do município de Castelo/ES se expressavam sobre suas práticas e saberes docentes, após a formação. Para a coleta dos dados, utilizamos a análise documental, entrevistas semiestruturadas, anotações das reuniões de planejamentos semanais das professoras alfabetizadoras e pesquisa sobre o PNAIC. Neste texto abordaremos a leitura deleite por ser este um dos conhecimentos adquiridos durante a formação, extremamente destacado pelas professoras. |
| Abstract: | In a troubled time facing in 2016 – against discontinuity successful educational activities, it is appropriate to reflect in particular on a continuing education program of literacy teachers: (National Pact for Literacy in the Age One) (PNAIC). This article discusses results of a survey held in 2014/15, in Castelo / ES with the participating teachers of PNAIC since the year 2013, in order to analyze how the teachers in Castelo City/ES were expressed about their practices and teaching knowledge, after that formation. To collect the data, there was used document analysis, interviews semi structured, notes the weekly planning meetings of teachers literacy teachers and research on PNAIC. This paper approaches the enjoyable reading like one of the knowledge acquired during the training, extremely detached by teachers. |
