| Abstract: | Este trabalho apresenta uma análise das interferências linguísticas na tradução medieval portuguesa do Espelho da Cruz de Domenico Cavalca, preservada nos códs. alcs. 89 e 221 da Biblioteca Nacional de Portugal. Do ponto de vista teórico, a análise fundamentou-se em conceitos relativos a contato linguístico e a interferência linguística. Testou-se a hipótese de que o tradutor seria falante nativo de catalão, com base em uma análise de 428 catalanismos presentes na referida tradução, a qual foi confirmada. |
| Abstract: | This paper presents an analysis of linguistic interferences in the Portuguese medieval translation of the Mirror of the Cross by Domenico Cavalca, preserved in cods. alcs. 89 and 221 of the National Library of Portugal. From a theoretical point of view, the analysis was based on concepts related to linguistic contact and linguistic interference. The hypothesis that the translator would be a native Catalan speaker was tested, based on an analysis of 428 Catalanisms present in that translation, which was confirmed. |
