Análise ergonômica dos trabalhadores da Central de Pronto da Guarda Municipal de Belo Horizonte associado ao software e seus impactos nos indivíduos e no sistema

Abstract

The CEPRON is the sector responsible for the internal communication of the Municipal Guardas Belo Horizonte. In the beginning of this analysis, back pains and on head were among the main complaints from professionals in occupational medicine, along with dissatisfaction with the conditions of the current furniture. The purpose of this Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET) was to monitor the activities carried out by workers in this sector seeking to understand the existing demand that generated the above pains. Several visits were made in CEPRON as well as other sectors involved in this activity, using the observation of activities, statements, self-confrontation and a dynamic layout as tools to understand the activity and from that recommend changes. The demand for this work was the relationship between the computerized system used, which had weaknesses, and the consequent increase in time to perform routine activities. This increase in time increased, consequently, exposure to furniture without adjustments possibilities and individual adaptations, factors that could explain the complaints of back pain and headaches. After the results were recommended adjustments with respect to material conditions (specific furnitures), the organization of production (need for making a new software that meets the needs of workers), and the organization of work in trying to reduce the initial complaints workers.
