| Abstract: | O conceito de educação permanente foi primeiramente abordado pela Organização Pan-Americana em Saúde nos anos de 1980 a 1990, sendo reconhecido em 2003 no Brasil como política pública, na qual o objetivo central busca aumentar a cooperatividade entre os profissionais. Apesar de importante e amplamente divulgado, observa-se que nem todos os hospitais possuem serviço de Educação Permanente. Questiona-se quais os resultados do serviço de EP na qualidade da assistência de enfermagem? Justifica-se este trabalho, pois o mesmo irá contribuir no processo de reflexão sobre a EP no serviço de enfermagem, apresentando o possível impacto da presença desta. Utilizou-se da metassíntese por permitir analisar estudos primários e o objetivo é identificar resultados da Educação Permanente em serviços de enfermagem. Os trabalhos selecionados foram denominados como Artigo 1, Artigo 2, Artigo 3 e Artigo 4, para posterior discussão acerca de cada um dos apresentado no quadro. Os principais resultados apontaram para a contribuição da educação permanente na integração das equipes, havendo necessidade de mudança nas práticas de capacitação, certa dificuldade dos enfermeiros para lidar com a educação permanente como ferramenta no processo de educação em serviço e influência das condições institucionais no êxito do processo, dentre outros. A EP busca o aperfeiçoamento profissional. É contínua, dinâmica e tem como foco o ensino-aprendizagem. |
| Abstract: | The concept of lifelong learning was first approached by the Pan American Health Organization in the years 1980-1990 , being recognized in 2003 as a public policy in Brazil , in which the main objective seeks to increase the cooperativity among professionals. Although important and widely publicized , it is observed that not all hospitals have the Continuing Education Service . Wonders what the results of the EP service quality of nursing care ? Justified this work , because it will contribute to the reflection on the EP in nursing service process , with the possible impact of this presence . Was used to analyze the metasynthesis by allowing the primary studies and the goal is to identify results of Continuing Education in nursing services . Selected works were termed as Article 1, Article 2 , Article 3 and Article 4 , for further discussion of each of the presented framework . The main results showed the contribution of continuing education in the integration of teams and a need for change in training practices , certain difficulties of nurses to deal with the continuingeducation as a tool in the education process in service and institutional conditions influence the success of process , among others . EP seeks professional development . It is continuous, dynamic and focuses on teaching and learning. |
