Análise de condicionantes para plano de certificação municipal de edificação para a cidade de Luís Eduardo Magalhães - Bahia

Abstract

Environmental Certifications are a way of measuring and demonstrating how a building has sustainable characteristics. The world market for buildings has a series of seals and certifications, and each one is aimed at a public, according to the norms and guidelines of environmental aspects that it considers relevant. With society becoming more conscious, it is not enough just to be aesthetically beautiful, it is necessary to be consistent with the needs and reality of the place. Analyzing the needs of the implementation of more sustainable practices in the market of construction of the municipality of Luís Eduardo Magalhães, a survey of data of geographical and economic partners was made to survey the weak and strong points and understanding of which would be more relevant for the proposing a municipal certification for buildings. As a result, thematic axes were obtained based on the local reality, and a comparison of these with other indicators of municipal certifications. This work is the beginning of analyzes for the proposal of a certification plan for the city of Luís Eduardo Magalhães, it is believed that the axes should be measured and developed individually for the finalization of the certification.
