| Abstract: | Este estudo foi realizado com trabalhadores de uma mina subterrânea que tem como característica principal o trabalho em turmas alternadas de trabalho, no âmbito do projeto Conexões de Saberes sobre o Trabalho da UFMG. Trata-se de pesquisa interdisciplinar realizada com trabalhadores do setor de mineração, técnicos, professores e estudantes de psicologia, medicina, educação e engenharia de produção, trabalhando na perspectiva ergológica do Dispositivo Dinâmico a Três Polos. O estudo é uma das derivações deste projeto. O objetivo do estudo foi pesquisar o trabalho e suas repercussões no cotidiano dos trabalhadores de mina subterrânea, com os aportes teóricos da Ergologia e da Clínica da Atividade, confrontando saberes acadêmicos e saberes desenvolvidos pelos trabalhadores. O objetivo específico foi verificar como o trabalhador desenvolve as renormalizações que é fonte de sua autonomia na atividade. |
| Abstract: | This study was conducted with underground miners who work in alternating work teams. It is part of the the UFMG Project on "Connections of expertise about work". This is an interdisciplinary research study undertaken with mine workers, technicians, teachers and students of Psychology, Medicine, Education and Production Engineering, from the ergonomic perspective known as Three Poles Dynamic Device. The study is one of the end products of such project. Goal: To research work and its impact on the daily life of underground mine workers, with the theoretical contributions of Ergology and the Clinic of Activity, comparing and contrasting academic knowledge and the expertise developed by workers. The specific aim is to check how the worker develops re-normatization which is the source of autonomy in his activity. |
