| Abstract: | A pesquisa apresentada visa compreender e analisar a inserção das Artes Visuais na Educação Infantil segundo as leis 5.692/71 e 9694/96 e atos normativos posteriores. A compreensão do modelo de ensino das artes no tempo é fundamental para a construção de processos de ensino-aprendizagem, para construção de metodologias e caminhos que ajudem a superar paradigmas ultrapassados que ainda podem estar presentes no processo educativo. Foi utilizado como metodologia a revisão dedutiva de bibliografias, leis, atos normativos e pensadores de relevância para a educação. Conclui-se que ocorreram mudanças importantes tanto no campo conceitual, como na prática dos sistemas de ensino comparados, tanto na perspectiva dos direitos e sua evolução, como também os avanços metodológicos e nos processos de ensino. As mudanças também ocorreram na conceituação, aceitação e regulamentação das Artes no sistema educacional. De disciplina acessória e difusa, atualmente a arte se insere como área de conhecimento fundamental para o desenvolvimento do ensino e aprendizagem dos alunos. |
| Abstract: | The present research aims to understand and analyze the inclusion of Visual Arts in Early Childhood Education, according to Brazilian laws number 5,692/71 and LDB 9694/96 and the subsequent regulatory acts. Understanding the teaching patterns of Arts over time is of maximum importance for the construction of teaching-learning processes, as well as for the building of methodologies and paths that help to overcome old paradigms that may still be present in the educational process. The methodology applied for this research was based on the deductive review of bibliographies, laws, regulatory acts and well-known thinkers in the educational field. The conclusion is that important changes have occurred both in the conceptual field and in the practice of the compared educational systems, in terms of rights and their evolution, as well as in terms of methodological achievements and teaching processes. The changes have also occurred in conceptualization, acceptance and regulation of Arts in the educational system. From a supplementary and diffuse discipline, Arts is currently regarded as an essential branch of knowledge in the development of teaching and learning process. |
