| Abstract: | O artigo discute, com base em estudo desenvolvido, a implementação de uma política de acompanhamento de professores dos anos iniciais, ingressantes na rede municipal de ensino do Rio de Janeiro a partir de 2012. Analisam-se as ações de indução profissional docente e sua contribuição para o trabalho, a partir das perspectivas de gestores e professores. Pressupõe-se que a entrada na profissão constitui um momento significativo para a permanência na carreira e o desenvolvimento profissional e parte-se da constatação da necessidade de apoiar o professor iniciante e da carência de políticas de indução. Os relatos reiteram a necessidade de valorização da formação como fator imprescindível na constituição da profissionalidade docente. |
| Abstract: | Based on a study developed, the article discusses the implementation of a policy of tutoring for teachers of the initial years, entering the municipal education network of Rio de Janeiro from 2012 on. The actions of professional teacher induction and their contribution for the work are analyzed from the perspectives of managers and teachers. It is assumed that the profession entry is a significant moment for career development and professional development and that the need to support the beginning teacher is as evident as the lack of induction policies. The reports reiterate the need to value training as an essential factor in the constitution of teaching professionalism. |
