| Abstract: | Reflexões sobre pragmática que usufruem das contribuições da obra de maturidade de Wittgenstein nos ajudam aqui a analisar eventos ocorridos em aulas de matemática da Educação Básica de Pessoas Jovens e Adultas (EJA), considerando a diversidade dos sujeitos e dos contextos como condição estruturante da complexidade e da multiplicidade das práticas discursivas que ali se instituem – entre elas, as práticas de numeramento. Essa diversidade questiona os modelos de racionalidade que permeiam tais práticas, e que são confrontados quando se mobilizam e se hierarquizam argumentos sintáticos, semânticos e pragmáticos nos jogos de linguagem de que participam educandas(os) e educadoras(es) de EJA. |
| Abstract: | Reflections on pragmatics based on the contributions of Wittgenstein's mature work help us here to analyze events in mathematics classes of Youth and Adult Basic Education (YAE), by considering the diversity of subjects and contexts as a structuring condition of the complexity and the multiplicity of discursive practices that are established there – among them, numeracy practices. This diversity questions the models of rationality that permeate these practices, and which are confronted when syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic arguments are mobilized and hierarchized in language games involving students and teachers in math classes of YAE. |
