Abstract:	As estratégias de ensino na enfermagem representam um desafio para os professoresenfermeiros na formação de profissionais críticos e reflexivos e com capacidade de relacionar a teoria e a prática. O presente estudo busca discutir as estratégias metodológicas utilizadaspor docentes de enfermagem no processo ensino aprendizagem, assim como os elementos que envolvem a prática educativa na formação dos enfermeiros. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, cuja coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), com a utilização dos descritores: docentes de enfermagem, ensino e educação em enfermagem. Foram considerados os artigos disponíveis no idioma português, publicados no período de 2010 a 2014. A amostra foi composta de 12 artigos. Ao analisar as publicações foi possível compreender o assunto abordado nos artigos e quais as estratégias metodológicas foram utilizadas na construção do conhecimento em enfermagem, os temas foram agrupados em três tópicos centrais: Desafios na formação do profissional enfermeiro; Estratégiasmetodológicas no ensino de enfermagem e Elementos relevantes para o ensino/aprendizagem do enfermeiro. Os resultados apontaram que, mesmo com as dificuldades em romper com os métodos tradicionais, os docentes de enfermagem estão buscando novas mudanças nodesenvolvimento das metodologias. Deste modo, espera-se que este estudo possa contribuir para que docentes/enfermeiros repensem as metodologias utilizadas. Considera-se relevante a realização e divulgação de novos estudos sobre o assunto abordado.
Abstract:	The teaching strategies in nursing are practices that represent a challenge for teachers-nurses in training professionals and reflective and critical ability to relate theory and practice. The present study seeks to discuss the methodological strategies used by teachers in the teachinglearning process nursing, as well as the elements that involve the educational practice in the training of nurses. It is an integrative review of literature, whose data collection was carried out through the Virtual Health Library (BVS), with the use of descriptors: faculty, nursing; teaching and education, nursing. Were considered the items available in the Portuguese language, published in the period from 2010 to 2014. The sample was composed of 12 articles. To analyze the publications was possible to understand the subject dealt with in articles and which the methodological strategies were used in the construction of knowledgein nursing, the themes were grouped into three central topics: Challenges in professionaleducation nurses; Methodological strategies in nursing education and relevant Elements for teaching/learning of nurses. The results showed that, even with the difficulties in breakingwith the traditional methods, the Faculty of nursing are seeking new changes in the development of methodologies. In this way, it is hoped that this study can help teachers/nurses rethink the methodologies used. It is considered relevant to implementation and dissemination of new studies on the subject.
